WHY WOULD I INTEGRATE ALLIO AND XERO?
By integrating Allio and Xero you can keep your contacts, invoices, expenses and payments synced and up to date without having to enter data twice!
HOW DO I CONNECT ALLIO AND XERO?
Login to Allio, head to settings > integrations and click the ‘Connect Xero’ button.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE ALLIO’S INVOICE PAYMENT SYSTEM?
When a customer pays an invoice online, the payment is captured by Allio, the invoice marked as paid and a payment for the invoice created in Xero without you having to do a thing.
CAN I EDIT THE INVOICE IN XERO?
You can but the changes won’t be reflected in Allio, we recommend adjusting the invoice in Allio first to update the invoice in Xero. This is due to Allio having to calculate time and cost invoiced from your jobs.
