Product Updates – December 2022
Being a couple of weeks into launch, we thought it time to provide an update on what’s new in Allio and what’s coming.
Activity Feeds
We’ve added activity feeds to Contacts, Quotes, Jobs, Invoices and Users so you can stay across what’s been done, when and by whom.
Know when a quote or invoice has been viewed, when they were sent and follow things up to make sure they get paid.
Notifications
We’ve added notifications so you can stay across when a quote had been accepted or an invoice paid. Click on a notification to view the detail.
Pretty standard stuff, but it’s there now.
Quick job status update
Update individual job statuses from within the job or on the job list by clicking the status, a handy way to update quickly.
What's coming next?
We are hard at work on our mobile applications for iOS and Android with expected release closer to christmas 2022. You will be able to create, view and update quotes, jobs, invoices and contacts from the application.
The next modules rolling out late 2022 / early 2023 include:
- Purchase orders and additional expense/cost options on jobs.
- Safety incidents and forms.
- Recurring invoices and jobs.
- Updates to the Xero and Quickbooks integrations.
- Project features, such as job stages and gantt charts/scheduling.
